Simple Chilli Chicken |

- Chicken (Boneless) - ½ kg
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies Paste - ½ tsp
- Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 2pc
- Garlic (Finely Cut) - 4/5 pc
- Ginger (Finely Cut) - 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies (Finely Cut) - 4 in numbers
- Fresh Coriander (Chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves - 20 in numbers
- Onions (Finely Cut) - 1 cup
- Red chili Powder - ½ tsp
- Honey - 1 tbs
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - To cook
Method:::
- In the first step coat chicken with Corn flour, soya sauce and vinegar and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Take a pan and heat oil in it then add curry leaves and fry till it gives off smoke.
- Now add onion in oil and fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger, garlic, tomato, green chilies, salt and honey in a pan then add a marinated chicken and cook it for 10 minute.
- Finally, add lemon juice and take out the cooked chicken then garnish with Coriander.
- Serve hot to your friends and family.
