Simple Chilli Chicken
This Simple chili chicken recipe is especially for those who made for hot & spicy foods. This delicious dish is enough to satisfy your hunger when you want to eat some crunchy chicken dish with traditional spices. Chili chicken recipe with marinated chicken along with green chili and soya sauce will make it your intimate dish. 

Ingredients:::
Ingredients
  • Chicken (Boneless) - ½ kg
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies Paste - ½ tsp
  • Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato - 2pc
  • Garlic (Finely Cut) - 4/5 pc
  • Ginger (Finely Cut) - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (Finely Cut) - 4 in numbers
  • Fresh Coriander (Chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Curry Leaves - 20 in numbers
  • Onions (Finely Cut) - 1 cup
  • Red chili Powder - ½ tsp
  • Honey - 1 tbs
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - To cook
Method:::
  1. In the first step coat chicken with Corn flour, soya sauce and vinegar and marinate for 10 minutes. 
  2. Take a pan and heat oil in it then add curry leaves and fry till it gives off smoke.
  3. Now add onion in oil and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, tomato, green chilies, salt and honey in a pan then add a marinated chicken and cook it for 10 minute.
  5. Finally, add lemon juice and take out the cooked chicken then garnish with Coriander.
  6. Serve hot to your friends and family.
