Tomato Paneer



Tomato Paneer
A quick and easy tomato paneer recipe made low fat with olive oil as a cooking medium and milk instead of cream.


Ingredients:::
Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp zeera
  • 1/2 Tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped
  • 1 cup paneer, cut into medium sized cubes
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1-2 tsp sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves

Method:::

  1. Boil paneer cubes in salted water.
  2. Drain paneer.
  3. Melt the butter and olive oil and fry the onions in a pan.
  4. Saute for 1 minute.
  5. Add the diced capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree.
  6. Mix them well.
  7. Add salt, garam masala and sugar.
  8. Now cook it for 1 min.
  9. Now add milk and saute it.. Thn, add paneer in it,
  10. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
