  • 1-2 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1/2 cup Water

  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, salt and soda . Beat in a blender for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Let batter rest 10 min in a warm place.
  4. Cut the cheese (paneer) into thick cubes.
  5. Sprinkle little salt, chilli powder & chat masala on the paneer cubes.
  6. Now heat up the pan and put sufficient oil for deep frying.
  7. Dip all the cubes of paneer one by one in a batter and deep fry.
  8. Initially fry on high heat and after few seconds lower the heat and stir continue. Make a nice brown colour of pakore and take out on tissue paper.
  9. Serve hot with coriander chutney.

Tips:::
  1. Be careful while adding water in the batter, the consistency should be enough thick to make proper pakora.
  2. Do not keep batter for more than 10 minutes, it will get soft and ruin your pakora.
  3. Coat the paneer cubes in the batter well from all the sides to get a good shape of pakora.
